Mr. Jatin Dhansukhlal Suratwala, the Founder, Chairperson and Managing Director, started his professional journey in 1990 with a solid foundation in Metallurgy, having earned his diploma from the Government Polytechnic in Pune. His diverse experience spans business development, land procurement, legal affairs, and financial management, which has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of every facet of the real estate industry. Under his visionary leadership, SURATWWALA Group has expanded its presence and made significant strides in building sustainable, high-quality real estate projects. His calm, strategic approach to decision-making, combined with an unwavering commitment to continuous learning, has allowed him to guide the company through both opportunities and challenges.

Mr. Manoj Suratwala, the Founder & Whole-Time Director, joined the SURATWWALA Group in 2008 after completing his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Pune University. With over 16 years of hands-on experience in real estate development, Mr. Manoj Suratwala plays an integral role in overseeing the execution of construction projects, managing the company’s supply chain, and ensuring operational excellence across all daily construction activities.

His expertise in procurement and logistics ensures that every project is executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Mr. Manoj Suratwala’s proactive approach and deep knowledge of the industry have earned him the trust and respect of his colleagues and industry partners alike. He is dedicated to building strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders and ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s diverse real estate ventures.
